Since these were such a hit last time I made them, I decided to make another batch for The 4th of July. I got about 60 cupcake bites out of this batch, so I took most of them to work on the 4th, along with spinach spread. Then I took the remainder to a cook-out we went to on Saturday, along with the Perfect Party Cake.
These are so cute! They are not really hard to make, just a little time consuming. To see how I made them last time click here, the original idea is from Bakarella. The bottom is made from dark chocolate candy melts and the tops are white chocolate candy melts, colored with candy coloring to make the red and blue.
