So it’s Tuesday evening and Thanksgiving prep is well under way. Thanks to Katie’s Hyper Homemaker Blog, my menu is set and my timeline is complete. Now, it’s just a matter of putting everything together over the next couple of days and being able to enjoy Thanksgiving! I am really looking forward to the food this year, here is what we are eating:
Shrimp Cocktail
Deviled Eggs
Cheese and Fruit Plate w/Crackers
Roasted Garlic and Herb Dip w/Crudite and Kettle Chips
Carmelized Onion and Bacon Tartlets
Pan Gravy
Apple Cider Green Beans
Cranberry Sauce (homemade and canned)
Chocolate Cream Pie
Deep Dish Pecan Pie
Frozen Chocolatinis
I think my friend is also bringing over some yummy Greek food to eat, as well. Can’t wait!

I bought the ingredients and my bake is on–making baklava, spinach triangles and cheesecake tarts. Don’t worry, I won’t bring too many, will save some for Thanksgiving dinner at my parents on Saturday!
I sure you hope you are having a lot of people – if not, I’m available to help eat all that! What kind of corn casserole are you making? We love corn in this house!!
