One of my co-workers asked me to make a small cake for her and her husband for Valentine’s Day. She didn’t care how I decorated it, so after searching through the galleries over at cakecentral.com, this is what I made:
The cake is a red velvet cake with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting. Since it was only a 6-inch cake, I had enough batter left over to make about 16 mini cupcakes, yum!
