Last weekend we had a bridal shower for my little sister who is getting married in April. I will be posting the recipes over the next couple of days, but here is what was on the menu:
Cold appetizers:
- Blue Cheese Crostini
- Assorted Cheese Platter w/Crackers
- Baby BLT’s
- Edible Arrangement
Warm appetizers:
- Caramelized Onion, Bacon and Brie Tartlets
- Chicken Satay Bites w/Peanut Sauce
- Hot Broccoli Dip
- Stuffed Mushrooms (made by my Mother-In-Law)
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip Bites
Dessert:
- Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
- Individual Death By Chocolate and Lemon Berry Trifles
Beverages:
- Strawberry Lemonade
- My Mother-In-Laws Famous Punch
- Assorted Soda

How great – looks delicious! My sisters had a shower for me last May and made all the food themselves – it meant so much to me – as I’m sure it did to your sister too!
